Developer Advocate & Community Lead

You live in the communities our customers live in — fintech Twitter, indie hacker forums, LATAM startup groups, global founder networks. You build trust, create content that earns attention, and turn community into a durable acquisition channel. This is distribution at its most human.
What you'll do
- →Own VaultLeap's presence on X/Twitter, Indie Hackers, Reddit, and LATAM fintech communities
- →Create technical and educational content: guides, threads, videos, teardowns
- →Build relationships with fintech creators, founders, and influencers who reach our ICP
- →Run ambassador and referral programs targeting high-leverage community nodes
- →Produce developer documentation and integration guides for business API users
- →Feed product with direct community feedback — close the loop with engineering
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in developer relations, community, or content — fintech or developer tools required
- ✓Prior experience at a company like Stripe, Plaid, Twilio, or a top-tier neobank
- ✓Existing presence or credibility in the startup or fintech ecosystem
- ✓Strong technical writer — can explain compliance, banking, and API products clearly to non-engineers
- ✓Understands distribution: you think in reach, conversion, and compounding organic traffic
- ✓Experience activating LATAM or international tech communities is a strong signal
Nice to have
- +Existing audience on X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or YouTube in fintech or startup verticals
- +Spanish or Portuguese fluency
- +Experience in crypto or stablecoin communities
