Yes. Your tier updates automatically based on your rolling 30-day points balance. As you earn more points through card spend or virtual account activity, you'll move up. If your points drop below the threshold, you'll move to the corresponding tier.
You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible transactions. Card-endorsed accounts earn points from card spend. Non-card accounts earn from virtual account volume (ACH, SEPA, wire).
You can reach Pro tier two ways: earn 30,000+ points through activity, or subscribe for $249/mo ($199/mo annually). Subscribing gives you instant Pro access without needing to earn points first. Both options give you the same Pro benefits.
You can still qualify for tiers through virtual account volume. Non-card accounts earn points from ACH, SEPA, and wire transactions. However, card-endorsed accounts have lower point thresholds for tier qualification.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your tier will be determined by your points balance.
