How to add money to your VaultLeap Account from Wise

Wise can send money to VaultLeap using bank transfers in USD, MXN, or EUR (with EUR subject to account type). Select VaultLeap as a recipient using your bank details.

Requirements
  • A verified Wise account.

  • Your VaultLeap receiving information. Find it in VaultLeap: Go to your Dashboard and tap the USD or MXN balance card.

  • The Wise account holder must match the VaultLeap account holder for individual accounts.

Transfer Instructions
  • Open Wise online or in the app.

  • Select Send Money.

  • Enter an amount.

  • Choose a currency that VaultLeap supports for your account: Individuals: USD or MXN; Businesses: USD, MXN, or EUR

  • Select Bank Account as the delivery method.

  • Enter your VaultLeap Routing/CLABE/Account Number, depending on the currency.

  • Review the transfer details and confirm.

Processing Times
  • ACH (USD): Same day to 2 business days

  • Wire (USD): Same business day or next business day

  • SPEI (MXN): Minutes to several hours

  • SEPA (EUR): Hours to 2 business days

Important Notes
  • Individuals may not receive EUR from Wise unless it is a self-transfer.

  • Business accounts may receive EUR, USD, or MXN from Wise.

  • Wise may show VaultLeap's regulated partner bank name. This is expected.
