Venmo does not support sending directly to external wallets, but it can transfer to VaultLeap using a bank withdrawal. To do this, VaultLeap must be added as a linked bank account.

Requirements
  • A verified Venmo account.

  • Your VaultLeap USD receiving information. Find it in VaultLeap: Go to your Dashboard and tap your USD balance card.

  • The Venmo account holder name must match the VaultLeap account holder.

Transfer Instructions
  • Open Venmo.

  • Go to Me (your profile).

  • Select Transfer Balance.

  • Choose Add Bank or Card.

  • Select Bank.

  • Choose Manual Verification.

  • Enter your VaultLeap Routing Number and Account Number.

  • Save the account and complete verification if required.

  • Once linked, return to Transfer Balance and choose your VaultLeap account.

  • Enter an amount and confirm.

Verification
  • Venmo may verify the bank with micro-deposits. If required:

  • Wait for the deposits to appear in VaultLeap.

  • View them under Transactions.

  • Enter the amounts in Venmo to complete verification.

Processing Times
  • ACH to VaultLeap (USD): Same day to 2 business days
