Head of Growth
Own the number. Build the machine that fills it.
You've scaled growth at a fintech or SaaS company and you're done executing someone else's playbook. This role is for the operator who wants to own the number — build the channels, run the experiments, and define how a compliance-first fintech reaches the customers who need it most.
What you'll do
- →Own all acquisition: paid, SEO, content, referral, community, partnerships
- →Build and run experiments across the full funnel — ads to activation
- →Develop our presence where our customers live: X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Indie Hackers, LATAM fintech communities
- →Define positioning and messaging for each segment — founders, freelancers, remote workers
- →Build the analytics stack: attribution, CAC, LTV, payback period
- →Work directly with the founder to set growth strategy and quarterly targets
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in growth or demand gen — fintech or SaaS required
- ✓Previously owned a growth function at a company like Stripe, Brex, Mercury, Wise, or Chime
- ✓Built paid acquisition programs from scratch with measurable, repeatable ROI
- ✓Strong writer — can produce high-converting copy, threads, and long-form content without an agency
- ✓Deep understanding of B2C and B2B2C funnels in regulated financial products
- ✓Experience scaling from 0 → 10,000 customers
Nice to have
- +Existing audience or credibility in the fintech or startup ecosystem
- +Familiarity with LATAM markets and the international founder pain point
- +Experience marketing financial products across multiple countries
