Head of Sales & Partnerships
Close deals. Build the channels that close themselves.
We need someone who can sell directly to businesses and founders, and simultaneously build the partnership channels that compound — payroll platforms, freelance marketplaces, EOR providers, accountants, and immigration attorneys who serve international founders. You'll define how VaultLeap sells before we have a sales team.
What you'll do
- →Own the entire sales motion from outbound to close for business accounts
- →Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships — payroll platforms, EOR providers, and adjacent fintech tools
- →Develop referral and channel programs with accountants, immigration lawyers, and founder communities
- →Define ICP, sales playbook, and repeatable outbound sequences
- →Represent VaultLeap at fintech events, founder dinners, and accelerator programs
- →Feed product with market intelligence from every conversation
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in sales or BD — fintech, payments, or SaaS infrastructure required
- ✓Track record closing complex deals at companies like Stripe, Plaid, Brex, Marqeta, or a top-tier neobank
- ✓Experience building and managing partnerships with platforms at scale
- ✓Consultative seller — you understand the product deeply and sell with conviction, not scripts
- ✓Comfortable operating at founder-level — building process from nothing
- ✓Strong network in the fintech, startup, or international employer ecosystem
Nice to have
- +Prior experience at a BaaS or payments infrastructure company
- +Relationships with LATAM-focused VCs, accelerators, or founder communities
- +Experience selling cross-border payment or compliance products
