Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Ship the product that moves real money across borders.
We're building compliance-first financial infrastructure on top of regulated banking rails. You'll join a tight engineering team, own full features end-to-end, and ship fast without cutting corners on correctness. You'll work closely with engineering and the founder with real influence over architecture and product direction.
What you'll do
- →Own full features from API design to UI — accounts, payments, KYC flows, dashboards
- →Work closely with the engineering team on payment rails, webhook reliability, and settlement logic
- →Build and maintain compliance infrastructure: audit logs, AML monitoring, KYC pipelines
- →Ship customer-facing product: onboarding, transaction history, virtual account management
- →Improve reliability: idempotency, error handling, observability, alerting
- →Contribute to architecture decisions alongside the engineering team and founder
Requirements
- ✓7+ years full-stack engineering — fintech, payments, or regulated infrastructure required
- ✓Previously built production systems at companies like Stripe, Plaid, Brex, Chime, or comparable fintech
- ✓Strong in TypeScript / Node.js on the backend; React on the frontend
- ✓Deep understanding of payment systems: ACH, SEPA, WIRE, webhooks, idempotency
- ✓Experience with compliance-adjacent engineering: KYC/AML events, audit trails, data integrity
- ✓Postgres, Redis, event-driven architecture at production scale
Nice to have
- +Experience with BaaS providers and regulated payment infrastructure
- +On-chain experience: USDC, EURC, Base L2, stablecoin infrastructure
- +Prior early-stage startup experience
