My Money Clock isn't working. What should I do?

Here are solutions to the most common issues.

Clock shows SETUP
  • Your clock isn't connected to Wi-Fi yet. Follow the Wi-Fi setup steps to connect it to your home network.

Clock shows a 6-digit code but nothing else
  • Your clock is connected to Wi-Fi and waiting to be paired. Open the VaultLeap app and tap Pair Money Clock to enter the code.

Clock shows $0.00
  • Your clock is paired but your Growing balance is zero. Deposit funds into your VaultLeap account and tap Make it grow to start earning yield.

Clock is blank or not turning on
  • Check that the USB-C cable is fully plugged in and your power source is working. Try a different cable or adapter.

Clock seems frozen or stuck
  • Hold the button on the back of the clock for 6 seconds until it shows RESET. The clock will restart and reconnect to your Wi-Fi automatically.

Clock lost its Wi-Fi connection
  • If your Wi-Fi network name or password changed, the clock will show SETUP again. Follow the Wi-Fi setup steps to reconnect it to your updated network.
