Sales & Growth Manager

Own the pipeline. Drive the revenue.

We need a commercially sharp operator who can run outbound sales, manage inbound leads, and contribute to growth initiatives — all at once. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable cold-calling an SMB prospect and optimizing a top-of-funnel email sequence. You'll be our first dedicated sales hire, building the motion from scratch.

What you'll do

  • Qualify, manage, and close inbound and outbound leads for business and individual accounts
  • Build and execute outbound sequences targeting SMB customers across key markets
  • Develop sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and email templates
  • Manage and update CRM (pipeline hygiene, forecasting, activity tracking)
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign targeting, messaging, and lead quality feedback
  • Identify and execute growth experiments that improve conversion at each stage of the funnel
  • Represent VaultLeap at industry events, online communities, and accelerator programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or growth — fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Proven track record hitting quota in an SMB or mid-market sales environment
  • Experience building outbound sequences and sales processes from scratch
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM business landscape and cross-border financial needs
  • Fluent in Spanish — able to conduct sales conversations and write copy in Spanish
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent); data-oriented approach to pipeline management

  • +Network within LATAM startup, SMB, or e-commerce ecosystems
  • +Portuguese fluency
  • +Prior experience in a founder-led or early-stage sales environment
