Are there limits on my VaultLeap account?

in Global FeaturesHelp Article

VaultLeap does not impose fixed limits on how much money you can move. However, certain transactions may be reviewed by our banking and payments partners as part of standard security, fraud prevention, and regulatory processes. These reviews help protect your account and the platform. For security reasons, we don't disclose the specific thresholds or triggers used for these reviews.

Why might a transaction be reviewed?
  • Transaction reviews can be triggered by factors such as:

  • Unusual transaction size or behavior

  • New or changing activity patterns

  • Network, banking, or regulatory requirements

  • Most reviews are resolved automatically or quickly, and funds are not lost.

Are there limits on daily transaction frequency?
  • Individual accounts are designed for personal use and have certain limits on daily transaction frequency. This helps ensure secure, compliant and reliable processing.

  • If you need to send or receive payments more frequently, we recommend upgrading to a business account, which is built for higher transaction volumes and operational use cases.

  • Business accounts support:

    • Higher transaction frequency

    • Operational payment flows (payroll, vendors, payouts)

    • KYB verification for expanded capabilities

  • As with individual accounts, transactions may still be reviewed by our partners when required.

Are there limits on transaction size?
  • No. There is no fixed maximum amount per transaction for verified accounts. You can move large amounts in a single payment, subject to standard reviews by our partners.

Can limits or reviews change?
  • Yes. Account behavior, regulatory requirements, and partner policies may change over time. VaultLeap may adjust account capabilities or initiate reviews to maintain platform security and compliance.

What happens if a review occurs?
  • If a transaction is reviewed:

  • You'll see a clear status update in your dashboard

  • No funds are removed or lost

  • Additional information may be requested in rare cases

  • Once the review is complete, the transaction proceeds or is released.
