How to add money to your VaultLeap Account from Chase

Chase supports transfers to VaultLeap via ACH or domestic wire. Funds are credited to your VaultLeap wallet once they settle.

Requirements
  • A Chase account enabled for transfers.

  • Your VaultLeap receiving details. Find them in VaultLeap: Go to the Dashboard and tap your USD balance card.

  • The Chase account holder name must match the VaultLeap account holder.

Transfer Instructions
  • Log in to Chase online or the Chase app.

  • Select Pay & Transfer.

  • Choose Add External Account or Wire Transfer.

  • Add your VaultLeap bank information using your Routing Number and Account Number.

  • Save the account.

  • Select the account and choose Transfer.

  • Enter an amount and confirm.

Verification
  • Chase may verify the connection with micro-deposits. If this occurs:

  • Wait for deposits to appear in VaultLeap.

  • Check them in Transactions.

  • Enter the exact amounts in Chase.

Processing Times
  • ACH to VaultLeap (USD): Same day to 2 business days

  • Wire to VaultLeap (USD): Same business day or next business day

Important Notes
  • For individuals receiving third-party payments, use USD or MXN only.

  • EUR may be used for business accounts receiving third-party payments, and for individual self-transfers only.
