What currencies can I receive?

You can receive USD, EUR, BTC and MXN.

• EUR Accounts

  • Your EUR account supports incoming SEPA transfers only (via IBAN).

  • Payments must be sent in EUR from a SEPA-enabled bank.

  • Transfers sent via SWIFT or in any other currency will not be accepted and will need to be refunded by the sending bank. The sender must contact their bank directly to initiate this refund process.

  • Funds are automatically converted to stablecoin (EURC) once received.

• USD Accounts

  • Your USD account supports incoming transfers via ACH and Fedwire only.

  • Payments must be sent in USD.

  • Transfers sent via SWIFT or in any other currency will not be accepted and will need to be refunded by the sending bank. The sender must contact their bank directly to initiate this refund process.

  • Funds are automatically converted to stablecoin (USDC) once received.

• MXN Accounts (SPEI)

  • Your MXN account supports incoming transfers via SPEI MXN using an 18-digit CLABE.

  • Payments must be sent in MXN.

  • Third-party payments over USD 4,000 equivalent may be held for review and may require additional information.

  • Funds are automatically converted to stablecoin once received.

• BTC Receiving Accounts

  • Your BTC receiving account accepts USD deposits only, sent via ACH or Fedwire (same transfer rules as your USD account).

  • Incoming USD deposits are automatically converted at live BTC rates and settle directly to your linked Bitcoin wallet.
