How to add money to your VaultLeap Account from Zelle

Zelle does not support sending directly to VaultLeap. However, users can receive funds in VaultLeap by linking VaultLeap as a bank through an existing Zelle-connected bank.

Requirements
  • A bank account linked to Zelle.

  • Your VaultLeap receiving details. Find them in VaultLeap: Go to the Dashboard and tap your USD balance card.

How to Receive to VaultLeap
  • To receive through Zelle:

  • Send funds from a Zelle-linked bank account to VaultLeap.

  • Add your VaultLeap bank account as an external bank inside your Zelle-linked bank.

  • Transfer funds using bank transfer (ACH) to VaultLeap.

Processing Times
  • ACH via Zelle-linked bank: Same day to 2 business days

Important Notes
  • VaultLeap cannot receive direct Zelle transfers.

  • A bank transfer must be used after receiving funds on a Zelle-linked bank.

  • Individuals must use USD or MXN for third-party payments.

  • EUR receiving is not permitted for individuals.
