Will my fees ever increase?

in Receiving & Sending MoneyHelp Article

Yes, in some cases your fees may increase. This can happen if your Rewards tier changes. VaultLeap uses a tier-based pricing system, where your fee rate depends on your current tier.

Why Might My Fee Change?
  • Your points drop below a tier threshold as older activity expires

  • You cancel a Pro tier subscription

  • You exceed the Zero tier monthly limit

How Tier Changes Work
  • Points are tracked on a rolling 30-day window

  • As older points expire, your tier may upgrade or downgrade automatically

  • Tier changes apply automatically and do not require manual review

  • VaultLeap always shows your current tier and applicable fees before you complete a transaction.

Zero Tier Monthly Limit
  • Transfers are 0% fee on up to $40,000 per calendar month

  • Transfers above this limit are charged 0.55%

  • The limit resets at the start of each calendar month

  • Exceeding the monthly Zero limit does not change your tier, but a fee will apply to amounts above the limit.

Pro Tier Subscription
  • You retain Pro pricing while your subscription is active

  • If your subscription is canceled or payment fails, your tier will be re-evaluated based on your current points

Will VaultLeap Change Fees or Tiers?
  • VaultLeap may update fee rates, tier thresholds, or program rules from time to time due to market conditions, partner requirements, or regulatory considerations.

  • If changes are made, VaultLeap will provide notice as required by applicable law, and fees will always be shown before you confirm a transaction.

Summary: Fees may increase if your tier changes. Tier changes happen automatically based on points or subscription status. Zero tier includes a monthly fee-free limit. Fees are always visible before you complete a transfer.
