What's the minimum amount I can send or deposit?
USD / EUR transfers (ACH or SEPA): $1.00 / €1.00 minimum (after fees)
MXN transfers (SPEI): 50 MXN minimum (after fees)
⚠️ Important: Minimums are enforced after VaultLeap fees are deducted. Since VaultLeap charges up to a 0.75% fee (depending on your tier), you may need to send slightly more than the posted minimum amounts. This applies to USD, EUR, and MXN.
🚫 If you send less than the required net minimum, the transfer will not be credited or returned. This is standard banking practice, since processing very small amounts ("dust") costs more than the payment itself.
👉 To avoid issues, always send enough to cover the network minimum + fees.
Example:
A $1.00 USD deposit minus 0.75% = $0.9925 net → too low, not credited
A $1.01 USD deposit minus 0.75% = $1.0024 net → accepted
A 50 MXN deposit minus 0.75% = 49.625 MXN net → too low
A 50.38 MXN deposit minus 0.75% ≈ 50.00 MXN net → accepted
(MXN minimums are based on SPEI network rules, but fees still reduce the final amount.)
