Why was my refund sent back to my bank instead of to VaultLeap?

This occurs for on-ramp transactions.
Returned ACH or SEPA deposits never reach VaultLeap. They are processed entirely by the banking network and are sent straight back to the bank account the transfer came from.
VaultLeap cannot view, accelerate, or modify these returns.
