How do refunds work on VaultLeap?

Refunds depend on the direction of the transfer:
On-ramp (Bank → VaultLeap)
If your bank transfer is rejected or returned, the funds are sent directly back to your originating bank account by the banking network. VaultLeap does not receive or handle returned on-ramp transfers.
Off-ramp (VaultLeap Wallet → Bank)
If a payout to your bank is rejected, our payment partner returns the funds to VaultLeap as USDC on Base. Once received, we verify the transaction and credit the same USDC back to your registered self-custody wallet.
