What should I do if I think a refund is missing?

If the transaction was an on-ramp, check your bank account — the return will be deposited there.
If the transaction was an off-ramp, contact Support and provide:
Date of transfer
Amount
Receiving bank country
Transaction ID (if available)
We'll check if a return has been issued to our partner and confirm its status.
