What should I do if I think a refund is missing?

  • If the transaction was an on-ramp, check your bank account — the return will be deposited there.

  • If the transaction was an off-ramp, contact Support and provide:

    • Date of transfer

    • Amount

    • Receiving bank country

    • Transaction ID (if available)

  • We'll check if a return has been issued to our partner and confirm its status.
