How do I dispute a charge?

You can dispute a charge directly from your VaultLeap dashboard under Support → File a Ticket → Dispute a Charge, or by calling Bridge Customer Support at 1-833-237-8104.

You must submit the dispute within 60 days of the charge appearing on your statement.

VaultLeap cannot reverse or refund card transactions directly.
