I lost my card or see an unauthorized charge

in VaultLeap Card — Help & SupportHelp Article

Freeze your card immediately from your VaultLeap Dashboard → Card → Freeze.

  • Go to Support → File a Ticket → "Card Issue: Unauthorized Transaction" and submit your claim.

  • You'll get confirmation right away, and your claim will automatically be routed to Bridge Ventures LLC and Lead Bank for investigation.

  • They'll review it and update you within 10 business days.

If you can't access your account, visit vaultleap.com/support and choose "Report Lost or Stolen Card."
