I lost my card or see an unauthorized charge
in VaultLeap Card — Help & Support•Help Article
Freeze your card immediately from your VaultLeap Dashboard → Card → Freeze.
Go to Support → File a Ticket → "Card Issue: Unauthorized Transaction" and submit your claim.
You'll get confirmation right away, and your claim will automatically be routed to Bridge Ventures LLC and Lead Bank for investigation.
They'll review it and update you within 10 business days.
If you can't access your account, visit vaultleap.com/support and choose "Report Lost or Stolen Card."
